Mum & baby yoga is an interactive yoga practise between you and your baby, combining yoga that focuses on strengthening and toning the body, re-discovering the core and pelvic floor, with yoga with your baby, including baby massage, songs and yoga poses together. Amy's mum & baby yoga classes are small group in-person (maximum 6 women, plus babies, per class). Providing the opportunity for some safe, much needed social support and connection with others. Mum & baby yoga classes are suitable from 6 weeks post birth and 8 weeks post cesarean birth.
Classes run as a 5 week course, you can book mid-course space permitting. If you miss a week credit does not roll over, but you can attend the zoom postnatal class as a catch-up.
If you can bring your own clean mat then please do, along with a pillow & blanket. However, if bringing baby and their stuff is enough Amy can provide all necessary clean equipment you need for this class.
