Pregnancy is a special time in a woman's life, but it can be tough. Practising yoga in pregnancy can help to gently stretch and tone your body as your baby grows, prepare for birth and provide tools to help promote a sense of balance and wellbeing. Amy's group pregnancy classes are offered via zoom, and are suitable from once you've had your 12 week scan.
Classes are run in 6 weeks blocks, you can join mid-block or choose to drop-in weekly if you cannot commit to attending each week. If you need a shorter block as baby will arrive before the end of the block please email Amy. If you purchase a block and miss a week unfortunately credit cannot roll over to future blocks, but if baby comes earlier than expected then credit will roll over to postnatal classes.
This is an online event via zoom, you will need wifi, a computer, desktop or laptop, or an ipad. Make sure you have up-dated zoom to version 5 before starting the class.
