6 week course

This course is for anyone wanting to explore pottery and glazing. I have a theme however if you have a design or a definite idea I will try my best to help you create that.

The course is structure as following.

Week 1- Making the form, adding textures,

Week 2- Making the form manipulating, cutting out, textures and making test tiles

Week 3- Manipulating the form, add handles, lids, extra detail and refining

Week 4- Testing glazes on test tiles

Week 5- Review Test Tiles results- either More Test tiles or Glaze final piece

Week 6- Glaze Final piece. If you are finished.. small make to finish such as mug or vessel.. Your choice.
2 weeks later.. we have a celebration with a mini exhibition 😀

If you can't make a session- you will have the opportunity to finish your work in another class. Just let me know and I'll book you in.

I do accept under 16 with prior conversation.

After this course has finished- You can book another block or attend my 'clay club'' session instead. 3-5 Saturday afternoon Wednesday afternoon 1-3.
These sessions are for you to use the workshop but not be lead. You can bring your own designs and I'll be there to help along the way 😀 £120 6 week block of clay club.
