Gentle Yoga to support you through peri-menopause, menopause and beyond.
The session will include discussion around the different stages of menopause, how to cope with common symptoms and wellness information to advise and inform you about how to accept and love your changing body.
We will practice empowering breathwork, postures and movements to keep you cool and balanced and relaxation for the body and mind.
Enjoy a drink and snack whilst we chat together and share experiences (if you wish to).
The session will finish with a deep relaxation (if you wish to borrow a bolster from me, please select the relevant ticket).
You will leave with a with a toolbox of techniques to practice at home and a handout of tips and tools to remind you of what we covered.
Once you've booked your place, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on what you might want to bring with you.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop starts to allow time to say hello and set up ready for the session.
