THEME 2 - Health & Wellbeing
Clearing the limiting beliefs that may influence your health.
We work through the emotional and belief patterns that keep your body in tension, stress mode, or chronic exhaustion. This includes internal programming like “I have to push through,” “my needs don’t matter,” or being disconnected from your own signals.
We will be re-coding other areas of life, please see our list of events for further Inner Blueprint Re-coding sessions.

Bring a pen and your grimoire if you wish to take notes!
A hot panini/pizza is included in your ticket cost, please choose your preference when you select your ticket.
The main arcade entrance will be closed. Please use the white door to the right of Da Nunzio to access the rear of the arcade. We will be waiting to let you in between 4.20 and 4.30pm.
