Join us for a full day event with morning workshops and afternoon yoga & sound bath.

This is a day of self discovery and connection led by Julia and guest facilitators.
A time of deep healing, transmutation and transformation to allow us to step onto our spiritual path with strength, courage and protection.
9.30 am - Welcome Drinks
10am - A scent activation and meditation experience with Lisa. Activating all if your chakra and senses.
11.30 Workshop - Violet Flame Workshop with Julia - Lets cleanse & activate our energies with the Violet Flame of Transmutation & Transformation
Introduction to the Violet Flame Rescue Flames and The Violet Flame Chakra.
12.30 Lunch (sharing table - bring an item with you)
1.15 workshop - Gentle Yoga with Nicky (or relax in the garden and have free time).
2.30 pm Sound Bath Meditation
We will work with sacred tools such as crystals, cards, sound and meditation to help us reconnect with the essence of the violet flame.
This is a time of nurturing, going deep within and retreating into one self.
Open to all. Activities will vary and will be focused on healing and empowerment.
