Mat Pilates Class for mixed levels. We move the spine in every direction, building core strength and stability from which we strengthen and stretch the body. Exercises are layered for you to work at your own pace. We finish with a 5 minute mindfulness based meditation helping you leave both energised and refreshed.
There is a car park at the venue; it can get very busy with other church users, so please allow ample time for parking in side streets if need be.
Please bring a mat and a cushion/ rolled up towel. We often use small equipment which you can borrow initially if needed.
