As we transition into autumn, this is your invitation to slow down, reflect, and embrace the grounding energy of the season. As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, join us for an evening of nourishing movement, deep rest, and soothing sound.

What’s in Store:

Yoga Flow & Restorative with Anna:
We'll begin with a gentle, flowing yoga practice to awaken the body and clear space within, moving with intention and breath. The flow will gradually ease into a restorative sequence designed to support deep relaxation and inner stillness.

Sound Bath with Sorcha:
After your body has softened, let yourself be bathed in 30 minutes of soothing sound. Through crystal bowls, gentle instruments, and healing frequencies, Sorcha will guide you into a meditative, dreamlike state—perfect for integration and renewal.

This event is a beautiful way to mark the turning of the seasons, set intentions for the months ahead, and reconnect with yourself in a nurturing, supportive space.

Please note-
Sound Healing is a low risk therapy but in some instances it is advised that you do not take part in a Sound Healing session. This includes the following: first 3 months of pregnancy, if you have epilepsy or experience seizures , if you have unmanaged mental health conditions (bi-polar,
schizophrenia, PTSD, complex trauma), or if you are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

In the following cases you may wish to speak with us before attending the event:
If you have metal plates or implants in your body. If you have had recent surgery,broken bones or other major physical injuries. If you have a pacemaker fitted or have a heart condition. If you suffer from (or previously suffered from) tinnitus, or other conditions that could be triggered by sound.
