This event is designed to help you get active following the Christmas break. The morning will feature an energising yoga class, and after lunch, we will head into nature for a hike. Hopefully the day will leave you feeling balanced and revitalized as you step into 2026.
Plan of the Day
10am - meet at Monyash Village hall (refreshments will be available)
10.15am - yoga class (suitable for all abilities)
12.00 - lunch in the hall or in nature ( depending on the weather)
clients to bring own lunch
1pm- 3.30pm hike in nature or yin yoga in the hall if the weather isn't kind
3.30pm to 4pm finish the day with a hot drink and cake before we head home
