Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year.

13:00pm - 13:10pm - Arrival and registration
13:10pm - 13:25pm - Warm up
13:25pm - 13:55pm - Learn a dance routine
13:55pm - 14:05pm - Break
14:05pm - 14:20pm - Learn a dance routine
14:20pm - 14:25pm - Cool down
14:25pm - 14:30pm - Departure
Instructions
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)
Parking: There is a car park at the side of the hall.
