Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year.

Class schedule
10:15am - 10:25am - Arrival and registration
10:25am - 10:40am - Warm up
10:40am - 11:10am - Learn a dance routine
11:10am - 11:20am - Break
11:20am - 11:35am - Learn a dance routine
11:35am - 11:40am - Cool down
11:40am - 11:45am - Departure
Instructions
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)
Parking: There is a small car park at the side of the hall and lots of on street parking available.
