Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year.

12:30pm - 12:40pm - Arrival and registration
12:40pm - 12:55pm - Warm up
12:55pm - 13:25pm - Learn a dance routine
13:25pm - 13:45pm - Break
13:45pm - 14:15pm - Learn a dance routine
14:15pm - 14:25pm - Cool down
14:25pm - 14:30pm - Departure
Instructions
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)
Parking: There is a car park on site.
