Aqua HIIT is a high intensity interval training class that alternates short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. The buoyancy properties of the water allow you to work at a higher level with less impact on your body.

Once booked no refunds can be made. You can Transfer your booking to another Date 48 hours prior to the class commencing.
Please make sure you arrive in time for the class to start. Unfortunately, if you miss the warm up tracks you won't be allowed to join the class. This is for health and safety reasons.
Please arrive Swim Ready and try to shower at home where possible to reduce the time in the changing rooms, Swim hats should we worn if possible.
