ManMatters Open Group (online)

Are you a man who wants to:

In this open ManMatters group session you can:

• Get an experience of what being in a group facilitated by Lee is like
• Find out how it could benefit your life.

The open group is open to all men.

Contents include:

• Simple and accessible practices to manage your emotional and physical state (for example a short guided meditation or breathing exercise)
• A simple check-in (i.e. - briefly answer the question: "How are you right now?")
• An invitation to share what is going on in your life to whatever level you are comfortable with
• Advice and feedback may be offered and will not be given without the relevant participant's expressed permission

ALL THE ACTIVITIES ARE BY INVITATION and you do not have to take part in anything you do not wish to.
