🙎🏻♀️ 🙋🏻♀️ We are Penelope and Vanessa who will guide you through this process. Penelope is an internationally acclaimed art therapist with great experience in guiding multicultural groups. Vanessa is a seasoned coach, a healthy eating specialist and a yoga instructor.
One participation for a 3 hours Wellbeing workshop in Champery (Yoga + Art)
Includes 1 hour of yoga, 2 hours of art making and sharing, all art materials, yoga mats and yoga tools.
