Q. I have not used art materials since I was at school. Am I correct to think I will be embarsassed to participate in an Artful session?
A. Artful Retreats sessions either in private or in groups do not require any artistic skills. In fact the less someone is occupied with techniques, chances are will be more liberated to express. With our guidance you will feel comfortable to create art. Perfection is not the objective here. Expression is.
Q. I don't feel comfortable to share my private problems with strangers. Is a group session for me?
A. Groups have the power to create the feeling of belonging and understanding. With our guidance our groups are respectful and safe. You are not required to share anything you do not feel comfortable with. However even by sharing only what you want you will have a way to reflect on other's experiences and feedback. Getting insights from many different people is truly valuable and promotes self growth.
Q. I have participated in a session before. Will the exercises be the same?
A. Depending on the needs of a group, a return participant may be exposed to the same directive. However as we are beings which change every second of our lives, we can assure you that even with the same exercise, your perspective and creation will be influenced by the moment and therefore will be different and will hide different insights.
Q. What happens if the minimum number of participants will not be achieved.
A. We will fully reimburse you. There is a reason we require minimum number of participants in the group sessions. It helps the group to be diverse and offer the opportunity for different perspectives.
