The live online version of this much loved class. Cultivate greater awareness and connection to the body. Accessible and approachable, this class offers a blend of restorative postures, gentle movement, gently mindful strength, breath awareness and guided meditation. A wonderful counterpart to more dynamic, flow-based practices. Absolutely appropriate for every-body (beginners absolutely welcome)
Level: Advanced, Beginner & Intermediate
Entry to the class will begin after 15 minutes before the class starts. If you are new to YATB please give yourself plenty of time to log on and test your speakers and camera. Most classes require a mat and blanket - but more equipment is often offered. You may want to have ready yoga bricks, a yoga strap or resistance band, a yoga bolster or a cushion.
