Suitable for all but absolute beginners, this class has a little bit of everything: postures and optional flowing sequences woven together with gentle stretching, somatic movement, mindful strength and breath awareness. A wonderful all-round practice.

If you are new to YATB please give yourself plenty of time to find the studio. All equipment is provided and we recommend you wear light layers.
