Details

Join us for an immersive journey through sound healing vibrations. Using crystal singing bowls and various other instruments to clear your energy centres and invite deep relaxation and restoration.

These sessions require no physical effort, you will be lieing down for the duration.

Yoga mats and bolsters are provided. Please bring anything that makes you most comfortable - cosy blankets, eye masks, anything that supports you and your body.

Instructions

Please bring a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.

To find us -
Enter the grounds of Hurlston Hall, continue down the driveway until you see the sports courts on the left. Turn into the graveled car park and you will see the Holistic Centre (A glass marquee overlooking the lake)
If you reach the Leisure Centre you have gone too far!
