Details

Step into a slow summer afternoon at peaceful Ince Benet. In the beautiful gardens by the lake we will flow through gentle yoga and guided nature meditation practices before heading inside for a soothing sound healing journey. Nourishing nibbles and refreshments will be provided for you throughout the afternoon.

Instructions

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, please bring a cushion or anything to support you during our sessions.
