Join us for a day of deep restoration through yoga, sound and optional thermal therapy in the rain forest room. Reset your nervous system, soften your body and return to balance. Lunch is catered for with refreshments available throughout the day. Revival Wellness Centre is a haven of calm with natural rock waterfall within the sensory yoga studio & the rain forest room with ice plunge pool and infrared sauna create the ultimate restorative experience.
Instructions
Please bring comfortable layers you can move and relax in, swim wear and a towel for the rain forest experience and a bottle of water. All equipment for yoga and sound is provided for you.
