This 4 week flyer course will focus on fundamental techniques and training to help build the skills for flying.
Each week will focus on drills, conditioning, flexibility, building core strength for flying and working techniques to help with flying skills.
The course is designed to aid all aspects of flying in general and is not aimed at a specific level. Please note the minimum age for this course is 8+
As part of the course you will be given homework to do outside of sessions and your progress will be monitored before and after.
You do not have to have previous experience to partake in this course!
The course starts on Monday 24th June from 7pm - 8.15pm and runs for 4 weeks.
