Join us for a gentle, grounding yoga session designed to help the body slow down and restore. While this class is a beautiful way for our Old Bank Run Club runners to unwind after their run, it’s open to absolutely everyone — no running required.
This class blends yin-style holds with soft, mindful movement, creating space to release tension, lengthen tired muscles, and reconnect with your breath. Expect a calm, candle-lit atmosphere where we move slowly, stretch deeply, and allow the body to soften.
Whether you’re coming straight from the run, finishing a long day, or simply looking for a peaceful moment to reset, this is your time to arrive, breathe, and restore.
