There are many physical and mental benefits to pranayama (breathwork). It is known to help improve mood, reduce stress and can improve sleep, not to mention strengthen mind and body connection. This ancient practice involves controlling your breath in different styles and techniques. This day retreat will focus ok the science of breathing, exploring different breathing techniques for physical and mental health.
An example of the days itinerary:
11:30am Welcome drinks + energy ball

12:00pm Yoga Flow (Helen)
13:15pm Pranayama & Meditation (Sudhir)
14:00pm Lunch (provided)
15:00pm Talk (Sudhir)
16:00pm Q & A (Sudhir)
16:30pm Yin + Yoga Nidra (Helen)
A nutritious vegetarian lunch will be provided along with healthy snacks and hot drinks (please notify us any special requirements).
Cost of full day of classes plus lunch £79

You will need:
A Yoga mat (available to buy at the studio for £20)
A blanket
A mug (for your hot drinks throughout the day)
A pillow for you to sit on or for your head if you struggle to lie flat
