Anxiety and overwhelm can feel all-consuming during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause - often showing up unexpectedly and impacting both body and mind.

This nurturing workshop is designed to support you through these challenges using a combination of gentle, accessible practices that calm the nervous system and create a sense of inner steadiness.

Together, we will explore:

  • Breathwork techniques to soothe anxiety and regulate the body
  • Gentle yoga to release tension and reconnect with your body
  • Restorative yoga (fully supported with bolsters) to encourage deep rest
  • Mindfulness practices to quiet a busy mind and bring you into the present moment

You’ll be guided from movement into stillness, allowing space for your body to soften and your mind to settle.

This is a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can simply be - feeling seen, heard, and understood alongside other women on a similar journey.

✨ No previous yoga experience is needed - beginners are very welcome.
