Welcome to Confidence Camp - For Agility Sports Dogs & Their Handlers

with Sam Lane and Abigail Doxford

Is your agility dog a little unsure or overaroused in the ring? Struggling with distractions, new environments? Welcome to Confidence Camp — a supportive, fun, and structured environment designed to help sports dogs build mental resilience, focus, and confidence while strengthening the bond with their handlers.

Whether you're prepping for competition or just want your dog to feel more comfortable and courageous in training, this camp is for you.

What's included
Sessions are 2 x 1.5 hour sessions each day
additonal sessions on problems solving and a fun steeplechase competition on the Sunday
Refreshments and Cake!
Groups to suit all levels

🏆 What Confidence Camp Offers:

Targeted confidence-building exercises for shy, sensitive, or overstimulated dogs

Robust Reward and Play Systems- using both food and/or toys

Games and drills to promote problem-solving and independence- why backward chaining may be more effective for your dog than forward chaining.

Handler coaching to help set appropriate agility team goals

Instructions

There will be a mixture of practical and theory sessions.

So bring your dogs usual reinforcers both food and toys.

Note pad to write down your strategies and learning objectives

It can be cold at Fern Farm so please dress warmly

Confidence Camp Deposit Payment

Please note this ticket is 50% of the total cost of this training weekend. The remaining payment of 80 is payable on or before 1st December.
