Baby Bexercise - The ultimate bring your baby postnatal HIIT workout class!
Work up a sweat whilst baby naps or plays next to you, enjoy a brand new workout and playlist each week, and connect with other local mums every Monday!
Don’t let “HIIT” put you off. We are all at different stages postpartum and different fitness levels. I instruct different modifications to suit you and where you’re at right now, with no pressure!
This class is a 45-minute workout with no set rest breaks. This means that you can jump out at any time to feed, change, soothe baby, and then jump back into the workout without having to wait for everyone else to finish their rest period. We do have a 2-minute active rest period in the middle of the workout, where you can follow along to the light movement or “chill out”.
Let’s do this!
Bring water and a sweat towel for you.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear for exercise!
Bring a blanket or mat for baby to lie on/ play on (or baby can stay in car seat if you wish)
The area at the back of the hall is reserved for mums with older / more mobile / multiple children with a pop up tent and toys.
A £0.65 booking fee applies to bookings with a cost.
