Our baby massage class designed to teach you soothing techniques to help you bond with baby and create a soothing and calming routine. This can also help with common baby issues such as teething pain, constipation and helping them get their tummy time in. Suitable for babies from 8 weeks old to pre crawling.
This class is a 4 week short course with a different body part being massaged each week. You will receive a handout of the massage strokes and routines as well as some fractionated coconut oil as part of your course price. There will also be an option for photos at the end of each class to commemorate your time together.
There will be time in the session to chat with other mums, ask any questions and connect during our sessions 🩵
