Suitable from 14 weeks, a 4 week block of weekly 90 minute Pregnancy Yoga and birth preparation class designed to help alleviate common pregnancy ailments, gentle stretches and movements to help you to build strength ready for your birthing day. Gentle postures to balance the body (asanas), breathwork (pranyama), helping you to relax and tune into your baby (savasana)
Movements designed to help baby move into the optimum position for birth, to help you relax, connect with your body and your baby.
Gentle breathing techniques to use during labour and birth, birth education to help you understand your labour journey, relaxation techniques to help you to find your calm and strength. Guided Relaxation and Visualisation for birth.
The 4 week block is £48. Please note there is no session on the 15th March as it is Mother's Day.
Please feel free to bring your own mat, pillow and blanket. I have yoga mats but you're welcome to place your own over the top of it. I also have some spare blankets and pillows in case you forget. And bring some water to stay hydrated during your session.
In the event of poor weather and the session is unable to run at the venue, we will switch online.
