During a Sound Bath you are taken on a sonic meditative journey.
While you lie down comfortably with your eyes closed various instruments including gongs, singing bowls and drums will be played around you.
Instruments known for their vibratory healing frequencies.
You are free to relax and drift off where the sound takes you.
Instructions
Please bring a blanket, pillow and wear warm comfortable clothing as your body temperature may drop during meditation.
