In May we are working with the energy of the season to refresh our minds, bodies and spirit.
Setting intentions with encouragement to focus on growth and renewal.
Each class starts with gentle stretches and movements to awaken the body. The movement linked with the breath allowing a deepening sense of connection and presence.
Sun salutations make a return throughout the class to honour the rising energy of the Sun. Letting go of physical or emotional tension releasing with each exhale.
As the class nears its end we move to restorative poses to fully relax.
Course includes:-
6th May - 90 minute class
20th May - 60 minute class
27th May - 90 minute class
Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
Wear clothing that you can move easily in.
