Taster Agility Workshop - Wakefield

Details

Ever wondered if your dog would enjoy agility? Come along to our Taster Agility Workshop and find out just how much fun it can be, for you both!

  • No experience needed, this session is perfect for beginners
  • Build your dogs confidence
  • Strengthen your bond
  • Burn off some energy in a super fun way
  • Try out jumps, tunnels and more in a safe, friendly environment

It's an excellent taster and will be tailored to the age and breed of your dog.
We like to make it clear on booking that this is a taster session – we will be starting on the basic equipment and will not be using the large contacts – this is something all dogs take time, training and experience to build up to.

Puppy Disclaimer
While puppies are welcome to join our Taster Agility Workshop, its important to know that young dogs (under 1 year) should not be jumping because of their joints and growth plates still developing. That said, puppies can still have a fabulous time focusing on:

  • Confidence building
  • Gentle obstacles to have a go using
  • Fun games and safe exercises
  • Early exposure to agility This way your pup can still have a go, but the age appropriate way!

Before paying your course fee please do take some time to carefully read our health & safety information and our basic rules for all joining class to ensure you feel it's suited to your dog

Please be aware that we employ positive reinforcement only dog training methods, using food, praise and toys to reward a dog for doing a behaviour we desire.
We do not condone any negative training methods or punishments. If you don’t agree with positive training, then we are afraid this would be the wrong place for you.
