Parents-to-be aged 24 years and under will be offered the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills at the start of their parenting journey by attending this programme delivered by Barnardo’s Early Years Practitioners.
The five week programme will include practical demonstrations, sharing of video clips, helpful handouts and more.

Baby’s learning brain.
Understanding what your baby is saying.
Parental wellbeing - How are you feeling?
Baby feeding.
Items for Parents and Baby - What does baby need?
Bathing baby.
Safe sleeping
On completion, Parents-to-be will receive a hamper of lovely goodies for both parent and baby to support them on their journey.
