High street businesses can sign up to receive an unannounced Mystery Shopper visit during February. The visit will assess the customer experience from a real-world perspective, focusing on areas such as first impressions, customer service, merchandising, clarity of offer and overall ease of purchase. Businesses will not be told when the visit takes place, allowing for an authentic snapshot of day-to-day trading.
Following the visit, each business will receive a structured, supportive feedback report with practical, proportionate recommendations for improvement. The emphasis is firmly on constructive insight rather than criticism – acting as a ‘critical friend’ to help businesses see themselves through their customers’ eyes, identify quick wins, and prioritise changes that can improve footfall, conversion and customer loyalty.
Bookings will close at the end of January, for a visit sometime in February. Limited availability.
