Forest Bathing Brunch: an adult-only space where well-being and rest is our focus.
Take this opportunity to pause and truly rest in nature, quietly gathering around the fire with a warm drink, sharing a light bite and following a guided meditation, with an opportunity for a sit-spot beneath the beautiful canopy of The Wild Meadow.
Quick Info:
Each person will need to bring:
Suitable clothing: This should be weather and season appropriate. Thick trousers and long sleeves to protect against nettles and insect bites, waterproof jacket and trousers, an extra fleece or jumper, sturdy closed-toe shoes such as trainers or walking boots. A sunhat and suitable sun protection is recommended in summer, and snow boots and thermals in winter. A zipped bag to keep everything tidy is useful, as is a change of clothing in case they get wet (including socks).
You are very welcome to bring food and drink. We have a NO NUTS policy and ask you to take all packaging away with you to re-use or recycle where possible.
We often prepare food on the fire, so bringing your own cup, plate and cutlery is useful.

How to find us:
There is public parking at the end of Common Lane North (behind B&M, off George Westwood Way). Walk to the very end of Common Lane North and cross the railway at the crossing. Cross the cattle-grid onto the common. Follow the grassy path to the left past the allotments. Look out for the Beccles Forest School logo on the next gate to your left. We will meet you here at the beginning of each session.
