Join me for a beautiful sound journey, where I will guide you through sacred songs in both Gaelic and English, accompanied by healing sound vibrations. As the soothing tones envelop you, the warmth of the log burning stove will enhance your comfort, while the ancient River Boyne flows around us outside, creating a perfect setting for deep relaxation and renewal. An invitation for you to unplug from everything for 2 blissful hours!
All that is required from you is that you just lie back, rest & receive. No experience of yoga or meditation required! Treats will be served!
