Fascinating Lake District Walk Past Old Copper Mines (2634ft) Minibus Transport & Guide Included
Difficulty: Moderate
This is one of our favourite walks, starting just above the village of Coniston with stunning views of the lake. It’s a popular route filled with history about the old copper mines. There are plenty of caves to pop your head into and stunning tarns along the way. This is a spectacular route that ascends The Old Man via Walna Scar Road and the mountain tarn of Goat’s Water.
Once at the start of the hike, you will be lead by trained mountain leaders. We welcome anyone to join us! We have guided all abilities and believe there is no better achievement than stepping out of your comfort zone!
