Kids Beginner Sewing Workshop - Ages 8 and up

Beehive Craft Studio’s Kid's Beginner Workshop is a great way for your student to learn how to use a sewing machine safely, how to thread their machine and wind a bobbin, how to sew a straight line and turn corners, etc. In this workshop we will be working on craft cases for pencils and paper.

For absolute beginners or those that need a refresher.

If you are unable to attend a class due to a conflict, please notify Beehive 48 hours prior to the event to schedule a make-up class.

Ages 8 and up.
This workshop series is for children who are brand new to machine sewing or have attended a beginner workshop or camp with Beehive Craft Studio.

Registration is $65 which includes supplies.

If your student has a home sewing machine in good working order, they may bring it. Otherwise Beehive has machines available to borrow during the workshop.

CLASS POLICIES
o Your spot will not be reserved in the class until payment is made in full.
o All students or their Parents/Guardians must sign a waiver before participating in class activities. This should be provided as a check box in your checkout process.
o This class has a 3 person minimum. Class may be cancelled if minimum is not met 48 hours prior to class.
o Beehive Craft Studio reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.
If we do so, you'll be issued a full refund.
o Inclement Weather Policy: We reserve the right to cancel class if we deem that weather would make traveling to class dangerous. Every attempt will be made to schedule a makeup for the missed class.

o COVID Policy: We reserve the right to cancel class if we deem that health conditions would make attending class dangerous for teachers and students. Every attempt will be made to schedule a makeup for the missed class.

o No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of workshop. Refunds will be processed online within 48 hours of cancellation with the funds going back to your method of payment.
o Everyone works at different speeds and while we expect everyone to finish by the end of the workshop we can't guarantee it!
