CLASS POLICIES:
PLEASE NOTE: With the concern of COVID-19, Beehive Craft Studio has made it a priority to keep all public spaces clean, including all surfaces, door handles, tools, classroom spaces, etc. In an effort to help all students, staff and customers feel clean and safe in our space, we encourage everyone to practice regular and thorough hand washing and wash prior to class and regularly during your time at the shop. If you are feeling under the weather, please stay home. During this crisis, Beehive will happily apply class credit or issue a refund. We can also make sure to set aside time for you to complete your projects at a later date at no charge. In the event that Eanes ISD and LTISD choose to close their campuses, Beehive Craft Studio will automatically cancel all children's classes and provide a full refund. Adult classes are up to the discretion of the instructor and Beehive. We are closely monitoring the suggestions by the City of Austin and the CDC.

o Your spot will not be reserved in the class until payment is made in full.
o All students or their Parents/Guardians must sign a waiver before participating in class activities. This should be provided as a check box in your checkout process.
o This class has a 3 person minimum. Class may be cancelled if minimum is not met 48 hours prior to class.
o Beehive Craft Studio reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.
If we do so, you'll be issued a full refund.
o Inclement Weather Policy: We reserve the right to cancel class if we deem that weather would make traveling to class dangerous. Every attempt will be made to schedule a makeup for the missed class.
(Beehive Craft Studio follows the LTISD and Eanes ISD inclement weather policy.)
o No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of workshop. Refunds will be processed online within 48 hours of cancellation with the funds going back to your method of payment.
o The studio is very small. No additional people will be allowed to stay in the classroom. We apologize for any inconvenience.
o Everyone works at different speeds and while we expect everyone to finish by the end of the workshop we can't guarantee it!
