During our time running sessions for parents and the tots we have really noticed how therapeutic forest school is for the grown-ups as well as children. Time outdoors with fellow parents, crafting, chatting, cooking, eating is all so good for our wellbeing. Time to recharge and enjoy fresh air and peace! We are often asked about hosting a 'mums' group - so here it is!
The Muddy Mamas Twilight session will be a taster of what our muddy mamas group plans to be. Fairy lights in the trees, crackling campfire, crafts, whittling, foraging, cooking, making natural remedies, mindfulness, wellbeing and relaxing with a glass of elderflower bubbly from our beautiful woodland camp. It'll be fun, restorative and good for the soul - forest school for grown-ups!
