Candlelit Full Moon Yin Yoga Workshop

🕯I will be hosting a Candlelight Yin Workshop on Sunday 19th December at 6.30pm. Yin Yoga allows us to work deeply into our body with passive poses held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga calms and relaxes the mind, aswell as helping to increase circulation and improve flexibility.

😌 The practice will focus on poses to compliment the Full Moon, allowing us to be appreciative for what we have whilst letting go of what no longer serves us. You will then be led into a guided meditation for complete relaxation. You will also receive welcome gifts to take home with you.

The price includes all equipment to use during the class (mats, eye pillows, bolsters, blankets and blocks aswell as your welcome gifts)
