Birth Right Hypnobirthing is a full antenatal birth preparation course. You will cover everything you need to have an informed, empowered. positive birthing experience.
Within the course you will learn about the physiology of birth, how the minds works and how to navigate the maternity system.
Whether you are planning a home/water birth or a planned caesarean I will be your guide and support for the coming weeks/months.
This is a 12 hour complete antenatal course run over 2 sessions. The weekend will run from 10am to 5pm with lunch and breaks.
You do not need to bring anything to your class, everything will be provided for you when you arrive.
Please wear comfortable clothes so you can enjoy the relaxation and information.
Lunch is not provided but there are plenty of amazing places to eat in Narberth :)

The price is per pregnant person. You can, and are encouraged to bring your partner, and anyone else who is likely to be your support at the birth. You may bring who you like, but please let me know prior to the class so I can make sure you are all catered for.
