Registration required for this 4 day on-line course (1.5 hours each day) is an introduction to the practice and philosophy of Raja Yoga Meditation.
Topics covered include: The Power of Thoughts, Introduction to Meditation, The Journey Inward, The Journey Upward, The Journey Outward and Strengthening Soul Consciousness. The course is interactive – there will be time for meditation, conversation and activities.
