The true ingredients for a happy relationship are respect, love and trust, however, with familiarity and a busy lifestyle, we often forget to foster these qualities. Discover how the philosophy and practice of Raja Yoga Meditation can rekindle these experiences, leading to a deeper spiritual relationship. This weekend will include an introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation, where the link with the Supreme Soul gives us the strength to transform ourselves.
