Details

Come practice yoga on International Yoga Day. Experience Asana and Movement practice for greater energy flow, strength, and mobility. Yoga practice helps reverse the flow of one’s energy from spiralling outwards and going 'down the drain', to turning inwards and focusing into a tiny powerful point form, bringing a state of deep peace and renewed courage to live in the world today.
