A workshop about the power and effect of thought on the food you cook and eat.
Cooking while in a higher consciousness sends good vibrations into the atmosphere around us and nourishes our spirits and bodies. This workshop will include a presentation about what nutrition is good for our mind and health, how to make nutritious dishes with the right consciousness and a meditation experience. There will be some practical demonstration of food preparation. Participants are invited to stay for morning tea after the presentation.
