The world is a huge theater and our lives are drama performances in which we are all actors playing our unique parts. Be the star performer in your life, with the knowledge, skills and insight to remain peaceful, stable and accepting in the amazing ever-changing scenes of this drama called 'life'.
In this retreat we will explore this topic through personal reflection, group sharing, activities, meditation and relaxation.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Arrival time is between 5-6:30pm on Friday evening. Departure will be after lunch on Sunday at approximately 2pm. Upon arrival, please drive up to the top car park and register at the Reception Desk in the Office. Dinner is served at 7.00pm and the evening program begins at 8.00pm.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring two single sheets, pillow slip, towel and toiletries, torch, umbrella, walking shoes, notebook and pen. No sleeping bags please. In keeping with our spiritual lifestyle, please dress modestly, i.e. no sleeveless tops or shorts.
During the weekend we request you don't smoke on the retreat grounds. Also we request that there is no consumption of alcohol or non-prescription drugs taken either inside or outside the property whilst you are attending the retreat centre.
TRAVEL DIRECTIONS
The retreat centre is approximately a one hour drive south from the Sydney CBD. Take the M5 South, then take the Wollongong (88) exit left (the exit sign says Picton). Continue for 6 kms and turn left into Macarthur Drive. (3RD LEFT TURN). Turn left after 2kms into Lisa Road, and directly on your right is the entrance.
FOR THOSE COMING BY TRAIN
We will meet the 4.02pm train from Central (platform no. 3) arriving at Douglas Park at 5.00pm on Friday. Please phone as soon as you leave your station.
VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS
The Centre is run by volunteers who practise the philosophy and lifestyle that they teach.
We do not have a set charge for our retreats, however, participants can contribute through voluntary contributions towards the running costs of the retreat centre. Our running cost for a weekend retreat for each person is approximately $250.00.
