This is an interactive introduction to the practice and philosophy of Raja Yoga Meditation. This popular meditation course teaches the practice of calming a busy mind and experiencing the strength and beauty of one’s inner self. You will gain stability and clarity of mind coupled with deep inner peace and contentment.

Topics covered will be: How to Meditate, Understanding Myself, Understanding Divine and The Law of Karma

It is essential to attend all 4 sessions.
