Come join us for our EiTC kid's FREE yoga sessions for ages 4-12 based from our studio, funded by Everton in The Community.
Each week our lovely Lindsey will guide the children through gentle yoga stretches and movements, mimicking animals. Lindsey will incorporate fun games & imaginative stories relating to mindfulness and kindness, with the aim to help develop confidence, self esteem & build a happy, positive mindset.
Through these weekly sessions the children will learn to manage feelings of anxiety with the use of breathing exercises & relaxation techniques.
Using yoga as tool to help improve a child's emotional regulation, boost self-esteem, build confidence & helps to develop a child’s strength and flexibility.
Places for the sessions are limited, we advise to book in advance to secure your child's place.
In the event a session becomes fully booked, we will have a waiting list and will offer your child a place on the following week's session to ensure every child has the chance to participate in our sessions.
