This comprehensive workshop covers the basics of milk production, how to know that your baby is getting enough, proper positioning and latch for successful nursing, possible complications and their resolutions, common feeding misconceptions, and information on storing and expressing milk. Individual concerns are also addressed and techniques and tips to ease the nursing relationship are shared.
Your in person class attendance includes three months unlimited access to the self-paced course Lactation 101. Access to the course will be provided after the in person session.
